Honda Projects

With several Goldwings and a 750 or two taking up space at the shop, the race is on to see which project gets done first. The '76 1000 is nearing completion and the '84 1100 is still in pieces, while the 70-ish 750 chopper is still on it's stand and the 1981 Honda 750F SS is down to the frame, ready for some paint.

Hondas, and Goldwings in particular, are a specialty at Jim's customs. Jim has a great relationship with a local Honda mechanic, who makes "shop calls." Jim's talent in fabricating means the shop is beginning to develop not only the forward foot controls but alternate mounting brackets and lights for Goldwings, a dramatic change from the standard taillight and assembly.
